With more than 35 years of experience in municipal GIS, asset management, technology integration, and organizational transformation, Scott works with Councils, Chiefs, Mayors, CAOs, Treasurers, senior management, and operational staff to align asset information with financial planning and day-to-day operations.
Scott believes that successful asset management begins with people. Technology is only part of the solution. Long-term success depends on engaging people, taking the time to build trusted relationships, and developing the processes, standards, and organizational capacity needed to ensure asset information remains accurate, current, trusted, and accessible throughout the organization.
As the founder of Canyon Logics, Scott developed the company’s Asset Management as a Service model, providing municipalities and First Nations with ongoing strategic advisory services, technology support, information management, training, and organizational capacity building. His vision is to help clients maximize the value of their people, technology, and information while reducing organizational risk through sustainable business practices that continue delivering value long after implementation.

Sean leads Canyon Logics’ Building Asset Information services, helping municipalities and First Nations develop accurate, GIS-enabled building inventories that support asset management, inspections, maintenance, and long-term capital planning.
He manages the complete lifecycle of building information—from converting legacy plans into standardized Revit models to maintaining GIS-based building inventories and supporting ongoing asset management activities.
